If you're not happy, we're not happy! At Patricia Ann Designs, we want you to be 100% satisfied!
Returns and exchanges are valid 30 days from the date originally purchased and must be in brand new condition, with tags attached, original packaging and no traces of smoke or pet hair. Customized orders are NOT returnable.
RETURN PROCEDURES:
1) Simply call us at 949.716.4800 or email us Returns@PatriciaAnnDesigns.com to inquire about your return.
2) In your inquiry, please include the following information:
a) Full Name
b) Complete Shipping Address
c) Contact Phone Number
d) Contact e-mail Address
e) Your Order/Invoice Number
f) Item you Wish to Return/Exchange
g) Reason for Return/Exchange
h) Do you want Refund or Replacement

DO NOT return your products without pre-approval or they will be automatically returned to you.
Returns will be credited to the card used on the initial purchase, less your shipping. The return will appear on your credit card statement 10-15 business days after we have processed your credit card, based on your account billing cycle.
Exchanges will be made within 3 business days of receiving return, unless item is out of stock or needs to be custom made.
All returns and/or exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee. This percentage is taken off the retail price and does not including tax or shipping.
Sorry, cost of shipping returns and exchanges to Patricia Ann Designs is your responsibility. Please be sure to track your package from your place to ours in order to receive a full refund or exchange. |
